The common attribute across the entire company is the relentless and tireless pursuit of quality and customer satisfaction, both in the vacuum products and the services we provide worldwide. KJLC takes this responsibility seriously, working at all levels to ensure high quality performance in all our products.
It would take quite a long time to give you all the information about the company, we wouldn't even know where to start. So we've decided to break it down and give you the biggest and best bits.

Beginning Title: Administrative Assistant
Title: European Internal Sales Manager
I started in 2006 as an Administrative Assistant, processing data ready for a new computer system. From there I worked as a Territory Sales Person looking after half of the UK, and later Scandinavia alongside the UK territory for about 4 years. From there I became Business Intelligence Coordinator, where I analyzed data, worked on work processes to make us more efficient. Two years after that I became European Internal Sales Manager, managing a team people, visiting customers, visited our Global HQ in Pittsburgh a couple of times, as well as still maintaining our Scandinavian, Dutch and Italian customers.

Beginning Title: Territory Sales Manager
Title: Product Specialist
I joined as Territory Sales Manager for Netherlands, Italy, and half of the UK. I then transitioned to the manufacturing team in the Hastings facility as a Product Specialist to help quote vacuum chambers in the European Market. I later moved over to Pittsburgh from Hastings to assume a more global position as a Product Specialist III.

Beginning Title: Laborer
Title: Regional Sales Manager
I started as a general laborer doing small concrete work. As time went on I showed that I was a responsible person and I was given opportunities to move up in the organization. My position was warehouse manager responsible for shipping and receiving. I knew I wanted to transition into sales. I started my transition as a management role for vacuum pumps. I was promoted to product manager for both pumps and fluids. I traveled the world in this role promoting my products and working with our sales people and agents. As I worked and trained with our sales people I eventually moved into a Regional Sales Manager role.

Beginning Title: Technical Support Engineer
Title: Asia Technical Support Manager
I joined KJLC as a Technical Support Engineer, then I stayed in US for 6 weeks for training. I worked very close with our sales team at that time. One year later, my job title changed to the Asia Quality Manager, but I still took the role as the Technical Support Engineer. As I spent more time on the pre and after technical sales, my job title changed to the Asia Technical Support Manager. Now I focus on the pre-sales cycle, especially on PED products.

Beginning Title: Mechanical Engineering Intern
Title: Mechanical Engineer/Project Manager
I started as a Mechanical Engineering Intern. I would revise drawings or bills of materials, and create files for VacuCad. I then was hired full time as a Mechanical Engineer. During this time I designed and detailed mechanical components for the Chamber group. I then received a promotion to Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager. I maintain all of my engineering duties while project managing all jobs flowing through the Quick Turn Cell. I perform duties of both engineering and project managing parts for the QTC, so I get to see my projects through from start to finish - from 2D drawing to final product.
