WEBSITE The word "Website" as used in the following Legal Notices and Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") includes the web page, http://www.lesker.com, and any other web pages linked directly or indirectly to http://www.lesker.com, which are owned and/or operated and/or maintained by Kurt J. Lesker Company ("KJLC"). ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS The engineering files available for download presented on and through the Website are the property of KJLC. KJLC provides them to you subject to the following Terms. KJLC reserves the right to update the Terms at any time without notice to you. Your registration submission and, subsequently, downloading, use, and viewing of these files indicate your acceptance of the Terms. KJLC may amend or modify these Terms without any notice to you. You are hereby notified, in advance, that KJLC objects to and rejects any and all additional, different or inconsistent terms or conditions proposed by you, whether in a purchase order or otherwise. USE LIMITATION Unless otherwise specified, the downloadable engineering files are for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information obtained from these files at anytime, or under any circumstance, whatsoever. Use for any other purpose is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, SECURITY You must complete the registration process by providing KJLC with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You will also be required to choose a password and a user name to access the engineering files. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify KJLC immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. KJLC will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge.
