MKS 628D Series Capacitance Manometers

MKS has improved on the industry standard Type 628A by incorporating new features into the Type 628D Baratron^® capacitance manometer.

Features

• Temperature regulated to 100° C
• Accurate to 0.25% of reading
• Includes updated temperature control electronics to provide superior long-term stability and repeatability
• Optional heater and temperature status LED/switches indicate that the heater (which maintains the sensor temperature to 100° C) is at temperature
• Available from 0.05–1,000 mm Hg (Torr)
• Input power is ±15 VDC
• Output signal is 0–10 VDC
• Replaces the Type 628A and Type 128 absolute capacitance manometer
• Inconel^® construction for excellent resistance to corrosive gases
• RoHS compliant.

Start Your Configuration

1. Avoid over pressurizing the gauge
2. Maintain a stable ambient temperature
3. Avoid vibration
4. Avoid particulate contamination, or any contamination that may affect diaphragm motion
5. Recalibrate frequently
