D-Shape Chambers

Standard Features:

Constructed from 304 stainless steel and 6061-T6 aluminum
Includes machined configurations into the top and bottom with aluminum blanking flanges supplied with Viton o-ring and clamps
KF Utility Ports
The aluminum door features a dovetailed o-ring groove and Viton^® oring seal; rectangular viewport (fluorocarbon o-ring sealed in center of the door with a viewing area of 3-1/4" x 5-1/4")
O-ring sealing "D" shaped chambers are capable of reaching pressures in the 10^-7 Torr range—clean, dry, and empty
Chamber Sides: 304 SS/ 304L SS
Chamber Door: 6061 Al

Available Options:

Replace KF port with CF style port and/or add additional flanged ports
Water cooling—trace
Replace standard frame with rackmounting frame
Mounting Feet
Customer specific options as needed
