Our standard range of Service Wells is available in both dovetail o-ring grooved and standard ISO flange mounting configurations. The Service Well can be used with our line of Bell Jars, Feedthrough Collars, and Endplates.

Standard Features:

• Chamber Body Manufactured from 304 Stainless Steel
• CF or KF/ISO Utility Ports
• Capable of Reaching High Vacuum (HV) Levels

Available Options:

• Customizable Port Configuration (Change/Move/Add/Subtract Ports)
• Water Cooling – Trace & Double-Wall Configurations Available
• Standard Frames – Carbon Steel

Dovetail O-Ring Grooved Flange Features:

• Standard Outer Body Diameter Sizes of 12", 18-3/8", 24”, and 30" Available
• Flat Sealing Surface on Open End
• Pumping Port(s) & Frame/Table Mounting Holes Closed End
