  * Note: Items Mounted to Chamber Ports May Not Be Capable of Sustaining a 400°C Bake, Use Caution With Elevated Temperatures
• Capable of Reaching Ultra High Vacuum (UHV) Levels
• Part Numbers Below Ending With 'EP' Have an Electropolished Finish Inside & Outside

• Standard Frames – Extruded Aluminum & Carbon Steel is Required
