SHV-10 Feedthroughs - CF Flange, Single-Ended

These instrumentation feedthroughs have SHV-10 coaxial connectors on the air-side. The alumina insulated nickel conductor is rated for 10,000V with the shield grounded, at a maximum current of 5A. The SHV-10 feedthrough is offered in both 'recessed' and 'exposed' vacuum-side configurations (see figures 1 and 2). An air-side SHV-10 cable plug is included with the feedthrough but vacuum-side connectors are not. With CF flanges (and the cable disconnected) these feedthroughs are bakeable to 450°C and are UHV-compatible.
