When I click on a VacuCAD DXF or STP link my browser displays a bunch of code and meaningless text?

• When you "left click" on a link some browsers (mistakenly) try and load (display) that link instead of prompting you to save/download the file
• Try "right clicking" on the link, instead of "left clicking", and choose "Save Target As" or "Save Link As" (actual text will vary depending on your browser)
• You should now be prompted to save the file to your PC instead of seeing meaningless code in your browser window

How do I install the IPA Webview plugin needed to use the 3D models?

• IPA Webview Plugin (MS IE 5.5 or higher required)
• Click on the hyperlinked "IPA Webview Plugin" to download the IPAWebView.zip file to your PC
• Locate the file and double-click on it to extract the IPAWebView.exe file from the zip archvive file you downloaded
• Now double-click the .exe file to install the plugin.
• If the installation was successful, you will see a rotating cube in your browser window. If not, read the postings below

I've downloaded and installed the IPA Webview plugin, but when I click on a WebView link I only see a blank page?

• Your browser or company's firewall may be blocking the content for security reasons -OR-
• You may need to enable certain scripting settings/permissions in your browser
• We do not recommend changing your IE browser settings without consulting your IT Dept because changing these settings may make you vulnerable to malicious websites on the Internet.

I've downloaded and installed the IPA Webview plugin, but when I click on a WebView link I see several menus and buttons but my chamber never appears?

• If you can see menus and buttons, but the chamber is not displayed -OR-
• The chamber is never displayed but the screen says "Loading..." -THEN-
• You are not using a compatible browser. Unfortunately, the WebView plugin ONLY works with IE version 5.5 or higher. That means no Mozilla, no Firefox, and no Safari, etc. Sorry -- we didn't design it, we just use it.

I clicked on the PDF link, but my browser window displays a white screen with an empty box and the PDF file never loads?

• You may not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed -> download it
• Especially with IE, the Acrobat plugin may not be configured/installed -> "right click" on the link, save to disk, and then view using Acrobat program instead of through IE browser window plugin
