This tends to be another 'catch-all' section. Basically any item the doesn't make a measurement but may be needed to build a complete system is placed here, for example:
Chamber Hoists; Chamber Mounting Frames; Chamber Heaters; Substrate Heaters, Sample Loaders, Rotators, and Platens; In-Vacuum Motors, and various Shutters.
Many of these devices are customized for the application which makes it difficult to offer e-commerce on most products. But since we are exceptionally good at custom-building, if you want something you can't find contact our System Components Group.
