  • Expert scheduling and proper tooling accommodate both short-run specials and long-run commodities
  • Flexible robotic fixturing and precise laser alignment of weldable components ensure precision and repeatability
  • Comprehensive 304L & 316L stainless steel rod, bar, plate, tube, and hemisphere stockroom for JIT manufacturing
  • Finishing options include #8 mirror, #4 brushed, bead blasted, #1 mill, surface or blanchard ground, and electropolish, among others

Cleaning & Inspection

Our stringent cleaning & cutting-edge technology driven inspection techniques ensure both vacuum integrity and customer satisfaction.

  • Precision measuring techniques using portable CMM inspection arm accurate to within 0.0005 in.
  • All seals, welds, and flanges are both visually inspected and helium leak checked to ensure integrity
  • Helium leak detectors, sensitive to less than 1x10-9 Torr L/sec, are regularly calibrated for maximum accuracy
