Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) System Platforms

We offer stand-alone ALD systems for basic research or completely integrated deposition systems for complex R&D applications. All three of our computer-controlled ALD system platforms feature high speed ALD valves and integrated pumping, pressure measurement, and gas delivery packages optimized for your specific process.

LeskerBond™ Nanobonding Service

Our LeskerBond™ service offers in-air room temperature target bonding of dissimilar materials using Reactive NanoTechnologies Inc. (RNT) NanoFoil^®. Our service offers superior bonding of targets to backing plates with different coefficients of thermal expansion --- reducing or eliminating target cracking or debonding during deposition.

NANO-38 Thermal Evaporation System

Our new NANO-38 deposition system is a compact, low cost evaporator able to facilitate sequential depositions. Its simple, full enclosure design includes an integrated touch-screen controller.

CVF 1000 Vacuum Furnace

Our new CVF 1000 is an ultra clean vacuum furnace featuring computer-controlled operation with heating to 1000°C ideal for brazing metals or ceramics and for heat treating applications.

KJLC Convectron Equivalent Gauge

These gauge tubes and controllers are ideal for new applications or as direct “drop-in,” low-cost equivalents to the Convectron® brand of Granville-Phillips gauges. We offer Gauge Tube with Integrated Controller, Gauge with Integrated Controller, Gauge Tube and Rackmount Controller.

MAPS AC Power Supplies

Our Modular Adaptive Power Supplies (MAPS) line of AC power supplies incorporates a unique modular design that can be adapted to suit a variety of process heating and thermal evaporation applications.

They are available in four different configurations: HTR Series for process heating, EVP Series for basic thermal evaporation, LTE Series for low temperature organic material evaporation and the HTE Series for high temperature metal and inorganic material evaporation.
