Feedthrough Collars (304SS) - ISO Flange

Our standard range of Feedthrough Collars is available in both dovetail o-ring grooved and standard ISO flange mounting configurations. The Feedthrough Collar can be used with our line of Pyrex or Metal Bell Jars, Service Wells, and Endplates.

Standard Features:

  • Chamber Body Manufactured from 304 Stainless Steel
  • Viton O-ring Included
  • CF or KF Utility Ports
  • Capable of Reaching High Vacuum (HV) Levels

Available Options:

ISO Flange Features:

  • Standard Outer Body Diameter Sizes of 12-3/4", 16", and 20" Available
  • Standard ISO-K Flanges on Both Ends
