Service Wells (304SS) - Dovetail O-Ring Grooved Flange
Our standard range of Service Wells is available in both dovetail o-ring grooved and standard ISO flange mounting configurations. The Service Well can be used with our line of Bell Jars, Feedthrough Collars, and Endplates.
Standard Features:
- Chamber Body Manufactured from 304 Stainless Steel
- CF or KF/ISO Utility Ports
- Capable of Reaching High Vacuum (HV) Levels
Available Options:
- Customizable Port Configuration (Change/Move/Add/Subtract Ports)
- Hydra~Cool™ & double wall water cooling available for this product
- Standard Frames - Carbon Steel
Dovetail O-Ring Grooved Flange Features:
- Standard Outer Body Diameter Sizes of 12", 18-3/8", 24", and 30" Available
- Flat Sealing Surface on Open End
- Pumping Port(s) & Frame/Table Mounting Holes Closed End
