Atmosphere side and vacuum side finishes must be specified seperately. Those finishes include: Mill, Brushed, Polished mirror (vacuum side only), dual orbital sanding and glass bead blast. A chamber can be electropolished after the above finishes are applied, but will change the appearance somewhat.
