A thermocouple feedthrough is a type of instrument feedthrough which is a type of electrical feedthrough that transmits very low voltages and amperages generated by a themocouple junction from vacuum to atmosphere, typically through a chamber wall, that can be conditioned to read the temperature at the thermocouple junction.
