KF (QF) HV Bolt Clamps (Aluminum)
These bolt clamps are used (in conjunction with metal seal discs) for mating KF flanges in UHV applications. The KF (QF) flange is typically used for through- or foreline vacuum plumbing and for simple HV chamber ports; however UHV pressures can be attained when using the necessary devices listed on this page.
KF Bolt Clamps Feature:
- Three-part device closed with socket head screws
- Aluminum construction
- Used with metal seal discs ("gaskets") for UHV pressures
- Requires aluminum seal discs and outer support rings (sold separately, below)
