Edwards Diffstak Series (Water Cooled) Diffusion Pumps
The Edwards unvalved Diffstak consists of a water-cooled diffusion pump, an inlet baffle and roughing line connections. Containing no high-vacuum valve, it is well suited for applications requiring the highest ultimate vacuum. The C-model pumps come equipped with an ISO inlet flange, the F-models with a CF (ConFlat-compatible) flange. The C-model pumps are available in four sizes: 150 L/sec., 300 L/sec., 760 L/sec., and 2130 L/sec. The F-model is available in 300 L/sec. and 760 L/sec. sizes.
