SANTOVAC 5 vacuum and high-temperature fluid has exceptionally low volatility and is a thermally stable, halogen-free, clear, colorless fluid. It is extremely resistant to degradation from heat, oxygen, radiation, and chemical attack. SANTOVAC 5 is designed for applications where extreme high temperature and adverse environments are expected. It is compatible with most metals and elastomers, commonly used in high temperature applications. SANTOVAC 5 is considered essentially nontoxic, especially when proper hygienic practices are employed.

SANTOVAC 5P ULTRA is compatible with most precious metals, base metals and elastomers, commonly used in high temperature and electronic applications. It is considered essentially nontoxic, when proper hygienic practices are employed. SANTOVAC 5P ULTRA is especially useful in applications, such as those involving high vacuum, which can benefit from its extreme purity.

SANTOVAC 9 is a polyphenyl ether vacuum and high-temperature fluid with exceptionally low volatility and extremely high resistance to degradation from heat, oxygen, radiation, and chemical attack. It is a thermally stable, halogen and silicon-free, clear fluid. Because of these attributed SANTOVAC 9 is extremely durable and offers longer fluid life, cleaner vacuums, and better pump down times than hydrocarbons and silicone fluids. SANTOVAC 9 is designed for applications where extreme high temperature or adverse environments are expected. Its low vapor pressure and low back streaming rate make LN2 traps unnecessary for the 10 -8 Torr range. It is compatible with most metals and elastomers, commonly used in high temperature applications and does not react with the gases most commonly found in high vacuum systems. SANTOVAC 9 is considered essentially nontoxic, especially when proper hygienic practices are employed. SANTOVAC 9 is quite simply the best vacuum pump fluid available for the price anywhere.

It is strongly recommended using all fluids and greases at the time of receipt, however when storage is necessary, rotate older stock into use first and observe the recommended parameters listed below.
Santovac 5
The shelf life for Santovac 5 is 7 years from date of manufacture if stored in a sealed container. If product has been opened or stored in a metal can, it is recommended to test the product after 5 years.
